"Gentile Christian: An Oxymoron"

A Gentile Christian: An Oxymoron. It is a contradiction word. What does oxymoron mean? An oxymoron is when two words with different meanings are put together in a sentence. For example: PRETTY and UGLY: “The meeting was pretty ugly.” FOUND and MISSING: “The little girl was found missing.” GENTILE and CHRISTIAN: “I am a Gentile Christian.”

The word GENTILE means: a heathen, wicked, or a pagan. The word CHRISTIAN means: a follower of Christ, believes in Christ, belongs to Christ. “I am a Gentile Christian” That’s an oxymoron. Another way to put it: “I am a heathen, wicked pagan believer who follows and belong to Christ.” (continue reading: click link)
